1. Actively managed corporate apple gear using Jamf Pro
-Including patch management, Pre-stage, configurations and more.
- Migrated patch management from Installomator to Jamf native patching via mac apps
- Created numerous policies that support the business function on a daily basis
-Utilized bash scripting in order to complete many of the above as Jamf primarily uses the bash shell command language for its functions

2. Supported employees across multiple time-zones (US, Europe, Asia)
3. Utilized Jira to manage the IT Helpdesk
-Have designed multiple workflows that support most of the helpdesk functions such as: Starters, Leavers, Maternity/Paternity leaves, contractors based on their access needs and many more.

4. Managed IT stock on premises
- I have actively managed IT stock including a fleet of more than 200 Macbooks, monitors and peripheral equipment, all managed via multiple systems to ensure quality of service and constant hardware availability.

5. Hosted new hire IT onboarding
- Inducted newcomers within Allwyn's systems all according to the IT service agreements.
6. Administer various IT SaaS systems.
- Primarily administered licensing and SSO authentication

7. GitHub user management including repo creation via terraform
- Having over 400 contributions in 2024 and 238 in 2023 I have actively been supporting developers by creating new repositories for games, editing access and troubleshoot whenever needed.
