• Offering support in projects and ad hoc activities related to talent management (Mentoring & 360 Assessment), the Employee Recognition Programs, in the roll out of the Annual Employee Engagement Survey, in collecting and analyzing data related to the global People & Culture department (CSR Activities etc.) and in the content development for the quarterly People & Culture call, communication and upskilling activities
  • Creating e-learning modules linked to Performance Management
  • Keeping track of the social media analytics (LinkedIn & Glassdoor)
  • Managing the consolidation of data and support with basic reporting

• As an intern I worked as a Project Coordinator for two CEF -Connecting Europe Facility- Projects
• My main focus was on Cold Ironing feasibility studies and IOT applications for Port Energy upgrade solutions
