Responsibilities:

• Act as owner for costing related lines in statutory financial statements
• Prepare month end closing for costing part of GR GAAP and support relevant ones for US GAAP
• Provide financial insights to local /Regional Operations and Finance about cost/inventory/capex developments for Factory and Market
• Support annual standard cost development and update process ensuring consistency in standard cost development and inventory revaluation
• Participate in cross-functional projects impacting inventory, capex and cost of sales
• Prepare month end and adjusting journal entries ensuring accurate and timely month end and year end close
• Participate in the analysis of manufacturing performance on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Participate in company's manufacturing improvement processes system
• Ensure full compliance with local legislation and corporate policies and practices
• Support internal and external audits
• Reviewed and reconciled general ledger accounts for monthly and year-end reports.

Responsibilities:

• Support Manufacturing leadership with accurate reporting, cost controlling and analysis deviations to budget and forecast.
• Work closely with Cost Controllers to provide accurate analysis for Field Leadership and Site Managers of manufacturing fixed & variable costs reports and anticipate non-ordinary events impact during closings.
• Coordinate the Budgeting, Forecasting Planning & Analysis and Annual Business Plan processes.
• Track key improvement initiatives and demonstrate if the P&L has been favorably impacted.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient transaction services including USGAAP and IFRS inventory cost accounting in accordance with corporate policies and legislative requirements.
• Perform product costing, volume reporting, material balancing and yield analysis.
• Perform inventory valuation (FIFO/LIFO/LCM) and manage inventory adjustments and variances.
• Analyze Inventory Balance sheet, P&L transactions, deviations on price/volume/costs.
• Manage SOX controls.
• Provide accurate and timely financial month-end results to business partners and assist at month end reconciliations.
• Interface with Supply chain, Business, Plant management, Finance, Internal and External controls and audit.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and book manual journal entries.
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Perform flux analysis by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account info and trends in line with USGAAP, IFRS and statutory provisions.
• Support month-end closing activities and audit requests.
• Perform daily banking reconciliation, manually recordings of daily cash activity and resolution of differences.
• Interface towards accounts receivable, accounts payable, local finance and treasury concerning banking transactions.
• Reconcile all current accounts with the actual In House Cash (IHC) statements at month end.

• Schedule, maintain, communicate supply & demand plan
• Interface with customers, manufacturing, terminals, traders.
• Leverage Supply chain data visibility in SAP to enable reporting.
• Reconciliation of stocks at Month end.

• Overview contract strategy and process integrity and control.
• Provide monthly RPR reports to business.
• Investigate discrepancies between invoices.

• Develop internal/external dissemination of contracts.
• Issue and check provisional and final invoices.
• Confirm Stand-By Letter of Credit.

• Supervise and coordinate daily accounting procedures.
• Prepare monthly VAT statements.
