Coordinate the daily operation of the center, including staff scheduling and class planning.

Supervise the Child Friendly Space (CFS) and reception area to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for beneficiaries and their children.

Mediate conflicts among staff members and beneficiaries/students, fostering a harmonious and productive atmosphere.

Contribute to the development of management, logistics, administrative, and monitoring tools and techniques for staff members.

Great experience in teaching Greek and English as a foreign language to adults and minors refugees and immigrants , lesson planning, creation and organization of the educational material and projects’ creation . Administration, coordination and data archiving in the non- Governmental Organization for Immigration and Development “METAdrasi”.
