• Lead and oversee import procedures of products
• Plan, create, test and deploy administration and accounting system to meet and exceed company's needs .
• Ensure smooth office operations including the office supplies, equipment, and logistics.

• Proposal evaluation: budget and content evaluation and scoring of project proposals( small and large scale projects).
• Preparation of Individual reports per project proposal.
