Passionate Family Physician with over 25 years of dedication to service of marginalized communities. I understand how one’s social environment impacts health outcomes. Experienced in providing comprehensive care including patients who have a history of incarceration, I am committed to improving the overall well-being of my patients. With advancement in technology, I also have 10 years of experience in delivering remote patient care as a Telemedicine physician. I am able to effectively communicate with patients utilizing telehealth technologies to assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of medical conditions. Skilled in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, I ensure that patients receive optimal healthcare. I am proud of my patient advocacy efforts, and I am excited to contribute my expertise to support compassionate care for all.

• Mentoring premed and medical students for over 15 years
• Co-founder of Girls Win Inc., a non-profit mentor and leadership program for girls.
• 2018-2022 Founder of Purposed Jewelz business whose mission is empower young entrepreneurs by building financially literate leaders.
• 2018 Medical mission trip to Africa with Grace Works, a nonprofit organization servicing orphans who lost their parents to AIDS in rural areas of Kenya, Africa. To present , monetarily sponsor school aged children .
• Expert speaker in multiple venues including churches, the Kaiser Women in Medicine Symposium, the KJLH radio station’s Black Women's Health Expo , and an organizer and main speaker for the Hypertension and Diabetes Health Fairs for African American Kaiser Permanente patients.
• 2016,2018 Creator and main speaker for PUSH , a Mental Health symposium for marginalized communities
• Received a number of Community Service awards which include, the "Sisters We Are Built for This" (SWABT) Woman of the Year Award; the Alpha Kappa Alpha Community Service Award; the Kaiser Permanente South Bay Clinical Excellence Award; the Top 10% MAPPS Performance Award in Family Medicine; and the Interval House Community Service Award for Domestic Violence
