I am a driven individual with expertise in food engineering, biotechnology, and quality assurance. My undergraduate thesis experiment led to a peer-reviewed publication, and my subsequent work on milk proteins, food product development, and biotransformation of industrial residues has contributed to innovation in the field. With a strong foundation in analytical techniques and a proven track record of consistently high performance, I am eager to continue advancing my research in food sciencec through a PhD program.
