During my time in Dropbox, I:

• Resolved technical issues (including backup,
external drive backup, file restoration, file sync
from the cloud to the app, and Dropbox app
malfunctions) for a diverse customer base,
building expertise in troubleshooting and data
systems.

• Was also responsible for refund/reimbursement
requests.

• Utilized internal tools to track, analyze, and report
on customer inquiries all over the world. Contact
with the customers was established either via e-mail/chat, or via phone, and all the
conversations were held in English.

I participated in the national census conducted by
the Hellenic Statistical Authority ELSTAT in 2021.

• I collected data related to the houses (number of
inhabitants, year of construction, etc.) in defined
areas.

• I analyzed the results using R, graphed them ,and
presented them to the authority.
