- Responsible for IT support for QA/QC Laboratories and close collaboration with the QC department to ensure proper function of their standalone applications and backup process for their reports.
- Involved in implementation of validation protocols such as Configuration Specification (CS), Installation Qualification (IQ) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for installation and validation of new instruments and systems on laboratory and production environment.
- 24/7 On Call support of production for one week every month. Quick and effective response to high critical incidents in order to attend to overall factory and KPI performance.
