I began my journey as a Sales Account Specialist in 2020, for Romanian market. In this role, my key responsibilities have been:

• Requesting feedback from customers, in order to improve our services, build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication and always presenting an attractive offer.
• Assisting customers with registration or account creation.
• Provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer may face (deposit, login) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Raising and solving support tickets when necessary via JIRA work tool.
• Daily use of working tools (Aircall, BO, Zendesk, JIRA, Optimove, Mpass, Pandora).
• Working flexible hours: weekends, bank holidays, afternoon shift.
• Participating in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problems solving activities to support teamwork.

In 2024, the Sales department was dissolved, and I transitioned to the Quality Control department. As a Quality Control Analyst, my responsibilities include:

• Focused on communication skills includes ensuring services meet standards,
• Analyzing data for quality trends,
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues (BKO team), and preparing detailed reports on findings and actions.

• Spare parts stock analyst based on the report extracted weekly through ERP program.
• Optimizing inventory management for all twelve branches from the country.
• Periodically updated the data base of articles with alternative and substitute codes, price changes, status, etc. by checking the suppliers’ technical program.
• Responsible for logistics, internal and external shipments, in line with company requirements, negotiating the best time delivery and price.
• Very good knowledge of ERP programs: Microsoft Dynamic Navision, CSPS–NGPC, PartTech, PriceClaim, PartsLocator.
• Participate to all inventories in different warehouses in the country, using manual procedure and count ~ 90 items/ hour.

• Ensure the integrity of import / export documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Responsible for spare parts claims & discrepancy parts – have issued over 400 claims per year and get ~ 80% return approval.
• Responsible for logistics, internal and external shipments, in line with company requirements, negotiating the best time delivery and price.
• Maintain a delivery schedule for spare parts through the ERP system.
• Verification and registration of goods invoices in the ERP system according to the deadlines made by accounting department.
• Quickly learning of ERP programs: Microsoft Dynamic Navision, CSPS–NGPC, PartTech, PriceClaim, PartsLocator.
• Participate to all inventories from different warehouses in the country, using scanning procedure.
• Representing the company’s interests in case of spot checks of authorized institutions (Financial Guard, National Agency for Fiscal Administration) when it comes to goods on the high-risk products list (gear oils, wax oils).
