Having progressed from Cadet to Master within the same organization, I have developed not only strong navigational and managerial expertise, but also a profound understanding of the mentality, strengths, and professional characteristics of the seafarers serving onboard our vessels. This continuity of service has allowed me to build long-term professional relationships and unique insight into crew performance, leadership styles, and onboard team cohesion. Currently serving as an active Master while also being engaged in crew management operations ashore, I represent a rare and valuable bridge between ship and office. My dual perspective enables me to align operational realities at sea with strategic crew planning decisions in the office environment. This combination of practical command experience, first-hand knowledge of vessel operations, direct understanding of crew capabilities and personalities, and deep loyalty and familiarity with the company’s structure creates significant added value in crew management and operational decision-making.
