· Provide administrative support to Human Resources executives.
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc).

· Develop strong relationships with repeat clients, leading to increased loyalty and return visits.
· Handle returns and exchanges professionally, resolving customer issues while adhering to company policies.
· Increase sales revenue through effective product recommendations tailored to individual customers.
· Boost customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.
· Customer support for new connections in mobile, landline, and internet networks.
· Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to telecommunications services.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making processes effectively.

I volunteered at the 12th International Air Show at Tanagra Air Base, where I assisted in coordinating the event, providing visitor support and information, and setting up various stations. This experience allowed me to enhance my organizational and communication skills while contributing to the smooth execution of a large-scale event.
I also volunteered at the Wildlife Refuge in Aegina, where, along with colleagues from my company, we contributed materials for upgrading the animal enclosures, cleaned the refuge areas and cages, fed the animals, and received information about the species hosted and ways to support the sustainability of the refuge. This experience strengthened my teamwork and environmental awareness while actively contributing to the welfare of wildlife.
