Christos Sidiropoulos

Currently operating the Airbus A320 variants with over 2,700 flight hours at Aegean Airlines, in challenging environments and demanding airports, always prioritizing safety, and operational efficiency. My approach is defined by empathy, kindness, and a strong ability for out-of-the-box thinking. I worked as, apprentice officer, junior Trainee Officer and 2nd Officer in the mercant marine, sailing on Cape Size bulk carriers for Maran Dry Management. Within the company, I continued training in ship security, the operation of maritime electronic systems, GMDSS, and the supervision and maintenance of Life-Saving Equipment (LSA).

During my service on board, I was responsible for bridge watch duties, overseeing the navigation and control of the vessel. Outside my watch duties, I was in charge of the ship's communications, as well as the maintenance and supervision of Life-Saving Appliances (LSA) and fire fighting equipment.
