• Project Design and Management: I transformed a residence affected by the earthquake into a functional Resto Pub, designing 182 m² of space to maximize operational capacity and enhance the customer experience. I supervised the project budget, achieving a 10% saving through negotiations with suppliers and more efficient options.
• Team Coordination: I led and coordinated construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines. This allowed the Pub to open on time, generating an additional month of revenue compared to the original opening date.

• Material Calculation and Management: I used AutoCAD, BIM, and Excel to calculate materials for projects designed by Bjarke Ingels - BIG, optimizing resources and costs.
• Technical Training: I enhanced my skills in BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD through specialized training, improving my design and planning accuracy.

• Consular Coordination and Management: Supervised the areas of Legalizations and Civil Registry, ensuring efficiency in document delivery and control of fiscal resources.
• Representation of the Consulate at international events such as FITUR, Alimentaria 2024, IFEMA, IMEX, promoting Ecuador’s cultural and commercial presence.
• Coordination of activities supporting the migrant community, including assistance with vulnerable cases and strengthening relationships with local associations.
• Participation in diplomatic events and forums on human rights, gender diplomacy, and migration issues, in collaboration with key institutions.
• Administrative management and preparation of consular reports through the Quipux system, ensuring transparency and compliance with guidelines.
• Active participation in electoral processes for the migrant community, including the organization and supervision of logistical activities.
• Coordination with local and national authorities on disaster and emergency issues, including hospital visits.
• Design and implementation of communication strategies to inform the public about government programs and consular services.
