As a member of the Managing Authority of the ETC programmes since 2009 I was occupied in various positions.
Since 1/1/2022 I am an officer of Unit D of the Managing Authority of INTERREG 21-27 programmes dealing with the administration of the MA and the Technical Assistance of the Interreg VI-A Greece-Italy Programme 2021-2027.
Since 1/1/2020 and until 31/12/2021 I was an officer of B1 Unit of the Managing Authority of European Territorial Programmes in Greece. Unit B1 is responsible for Managing and Monitoring programmes in the Balkan Peninsula, Black Sea and the Interregional Programmes.
I am responsible for the following regarding the `Greece- Republic of North Macedonia 2014-2020` programme: the preparation and drafting of the Greece – North Macedonia IPA CBC 2021-2027 operational programme, the Evaluation of the programme, Comprehensive monitoring of the physical and financial implementation of the programme, Monitoring the implementation of the projects and their programmatic and environmental indicators, management of modification claims, Revision of the OP and close monitoring of the N+3 de commitment rule, Monitoring of the Audits performed, Drafting of the Annual Report.
Since April 2016 and until 31/12/2019 I was unofficially coordinating the JS of the INTERREG IPA CBC Greece – the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia programme.
In this context my tasks include: Management of the JS human resources, Supporting the MA in Implementing the programmes strategy, Carry out evaluation of proposals submitted under the 1st call for proposals, Preparation, organization of Joint Monitoring Committee meetings, Technical meetings with all approved project beneficiaries clearing conditions of funding, Preparation of Subsidy Contacts, Partnership Agreements finalization of all supporting documentation, MIS, e-pde registration of the projects, Submission of final application forms, evaluations, Subsidy contracts, Allocation of funds through MIS and PIP (pde), pre financing (advance payments) of IPA partners, Training of programme beneficiaries on programme and project issues (Project implementation, MIS use, communication, expenditure control and verification, eligibility etc.), Preparation of the programmes reports (AIR 2015,2016,2017 of the programme, Evaluation Plan, Preparation of the final Revision of the OP of the previous period), Pre contracting controls of the selected tenders on procurement of services, equipment, and works conducted under Law 4412/2016, Day to day routine of the JS that includes communication with beneficiaries, colleagues and other programme bodies in order to provide guidance or information, solve problems, respond to claims update data etc, Carry out public relations of the programme, Monitoring and closure of the projects implemented under the previous period programme, Financial Management of the programme, Coordination with other programme authorities in the context the suspension of the payments deadline and the Action Plan of the MA for raising this suspension.
I was also representative of the MA at: Member of the Joint Programming Committee of the ENI CBC Black Sea Basin JOP 2014-2020, the Monitoring Committee of the South East Europe programme, the Selection Committee of the ENI CBC Black Sea Basin 2007-2013 programme and also as National contact point of the SEE programme.
