Ramp Operations Manager
- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of Ramp Operations at Athens Intertational Airport
- Knowledge and stays abreast of European, National legislation, regulations and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ambassador of the Corporate Code of Conduct while assuring that all staff behave accordingly
- Lead, direct and manage station functions to assure departments and staff implement service agreements, corporate policies
- Responsible to implement station financial and operational plans and adjust as needed throughout the year to achieve corporate and local station goals
- Responsible to lead, align and develop front line supervisors and front line employees
- Directs station activities to ensure outstanding customer service, which includes, mainline, express and partner airlines
- Ensure profit maximization while achieving of exceeding departmental targets and operational KPIs always in accordance with company standards
- Manage and oversee the development of my team through the process pf performance management, training, talent management, and other developmental building tools
- Ensure all staff properly trained
- Maintain strong working relationships with OAL/airport authorities/vendors/governmental authorities
- Responsible for compliance with Stations controls and Internal Audit standards
- Achieve operational efficiency in all staffing levels
