Summary
With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, I am the manager of the aluminium reduction department at Aluminium of Greece plant of Metlen Energy & Metals. Responsible for overseeing the production and process of all three production lines, being in charge of 200 people ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency. Additionally, serving as the Project Manager for the Digital Smelter initiativ,. a pioneering collaboration with GE, the first of it's kind globally for the aluminium industry, that has digitally transformed the production lines operations with cutting-edge technologies and data analytics. My constant drive is to bring the best out of my colleagues while finding purpose in our journey towards a shared vision.

- Lead a team of 200 individuals, consisting of engineers, chief foremen, technicians, and operators.
