1. As a Programme Manager of the NATO MAINTENANCE & SUPPLY AGENCY (now NATO SUPPORT & PROCUREMENT AGENCY) he took over the Aviation Support Programme with 2 Partnerships (FIXED WING & HELICOPTER) and an annual turn-over of 80 million Euro in 2009 (10th within 13 Programmes) and in 2017 he delivered it to his successor with a new Partnership (AIR TO AIR REFUELLING) and an annual turn-over of 1.6 billion Euro (1st within 13 Programmes).


2. He successfully materialized on behalf of KLEOS S.A, the industrial benefits of the local defense industries (OFFSETS) of the M-2000-5 aircraft.


3. As a Brigadier General he managed to get signed the necessary FMS case which was overlooked, to support the PATRIOT air defense system on top of the commercial contract with RAYTHEON Aerospace to ensure the successful delivery of the missiles. He also managed as the Board member of Greece to NAMSA, the Hellenic Air-Force to participate to the PATRIOT Partnership of NAMSA to achieve cost savings in the long term support of the system by sharing the support costs of the system with USA, Germany and the Netherlands.


4. As Director at the Hellenic Air Force General Staff, he materialized all the new acquisition aircraft and air defense multi billion contracts in a successful ant timely maner ( airborne radar ERIEYE, EMBRAER & GULFSTREAM VIP aircraft, T-6 Training aircraft, CSAR Super Puma Helicopters, PATRIOT & CROTALE air defense systems.


5. He worked as a Project Officer of the M-2000 & F-16 BLK 30 & 50, two multi billion projects of the Hellenic Air-Force in contacts materialization and amendments to include from initial support, to new infrastructure requirements, to Personnel Training abroad up to OFFSET requirements in a successful and timely maner.


6. He also worked as a Project Officer of the used:

* F-104G fighter aircraft of the German Navy (MINERVA PROJECT),

* Do-28 Cargo aircraft (VENUS PROJECT)

* RF-4E recce aircraft of the German Air-Force (RED BARRON PROJECT)

* A/TA-7C of the U.S. Navy (CHN FMS case)

for their smooth transfer to the Hellenic Air-Force inventory.


7. He managed to avoid the re-skinning of the F-104G which was made to the aircraft received from Germany and the Netherlands by offering a cost effective solution of existing spares within the German inventory to be applied locally by the Hellenic Aerospace Industry.


8. He managed to change the maintenance periodic inspections of the F-104 from every 100 flight hours to 150 flight hours, increasing the availability of the fleet and minimizing the maintenance costs.
