Graduated the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department at University of Patras.As a Business Analyst I have developed analytical skills, understanding of business processes, and a keen eye for optimizing workflows. At the same time, I often needed to resolve technical issues with the product through my role as leader of the company's SQA (Software Quality Assurance) team. In this position, I developed and implemented strategies for identifying and correcting software bugs, optimizing testing processes through automated tools.
