Supported the operations of the leading Greek insurance company “Ethniki” end-to-end. From enterprise architecture and process mapping to program and project management, the Business Analysis & Project Management Sector was engaged in practically every aspect of process improvement and automation, working closely with the business areas and with IT to implement all change initiatives.

The Sector managed approval levels, ISO 9001 certification and job specifications. We also managed all major company projects ranging from implementing portals, core platforms, business transformation and ancillary applications to supporting partner networks, policy portfolio transfers and compliance.
