Essential job duties are planning and delivering personalized lessons tailored to students΄needs, assessing and evaluating students΄progress, administering tests, preparing for exams of all levels (A2 - C2), teaching techniques and strategies for succeeding on grammar and composition tests, providing feedback and support, encouraging team work, facilitating small group workshops to build students' communication and presentation skills, organizing cultural activities, incorporating music into the language class, maintaining records of student assessments, tutoring activities and results.

The post involved the creation of new teaching material, research of various topics, proofreading / editing existing material aimed at learners of various linguistic levels as well as organizing, managing and monitoring the progress of certain projects.

The post involved the teaching Greek to adults of various levels of competency using a variety of resources and structural methods to meet students΄needs.

Full time position (24-28 hours weekly) . Teaching classes of 10-12 students, mostly young learners and teenagers, ranging from beginners to upper-intermediate, as well as occasional teaching of First Certificate and Proficiency classes as a substitute tutor, developing reading, writing, speaking and listening skills, creating teaching materials for core and extracurricular activities, preparing tests for assessing students΄progress, collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure students΄success, providing feedback and extra support, conducting review lessons to prepare for tests/exams.
