Leading a thriving community of over 700 children, 80 educators and support staff, working collaboratively to inspire and support each child's early educational journey. My role involves strategic planning, curriculum development, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and care.

Achievements in this role

• Successfully promoted internally, leading to a comprehensive restructure of the entire school’s leadership team.
• Led the development and implementation of a vertically and horizontally aligned curriculum across the entire school to ensure consistency in educational delivery.
• Led the entire school through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation process, guiding the institution in meeting and exceeding accreditation standards.

I led a dedicated team committed to laying the essential foundations for academic and personal growth. Overseeing a Qatari community of 300 children, I guided 30 skilled educators and support staff in delivering a child-centered curriculum. My role involved strategic leadership, curriculum innovation, and fostering an environment where every child feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

• Increased Good Level of Development (GLD) Scores from 30% to an impressive 85%, reflecting significant enhancements in early years education quality and student readiness.
• Outperformed UK National Average in Cambridge CEM external Exams, showcasing academic excellence.
• Upgraded School Rating from a "Requires Improvement" to an "Outstanding".
• Achieved 100% Staff Retention indicative of a positive work environment, strong leadership, and high employee satisfaction.
• Received Best Performing EYFS School Award.
• Built Leadership Capacity within the organisation, resulting in the promotion of two deputy heads to headship positions and one middle leader to a deputy head role.

Played a key role in supporting senior leaders in the effective day-to-day management of the school community, to develop, implement, and review school improvement plans, ensuring regular monitoring and evaluation of standards and the quality of provision.
As the Lead for Computing and Online Safety from Nursery to Year 6, I drove the integration of digital learning across the curriculum, ensuring that students are equipped with the skills and knowledge to navigate the digital world safely and effectively.
