1996 - 2026 : Export & Production Μanager of multiple textile factories in Greece - Bulgaria and North Macedonia carrying from 100 to 350 workers.

My application is for the export Manager position, to my experience the successful fulfillment of this position requires some degree of monitoring of the production process also, this should be a team effort :

- Continuously monitoring the manufacturing proccess from A to Z in order to meet the set production standards

and the respect of the delivery dates.

- Negotiating the best price-quality ratio of the first materials and making sure they come in time and as ordered.

- Secure the continuous supply of materials to the internal production chain, at all cost avoid interruptions of the manufacturing process that could lead to delayed export dates of the products.

- Strong professional and personal relationships with all major truck and air transport providers and customs brokers, getting served in priority before all other customers.

- Negotiating the lowest possible fare for exporting the merchandise through a dependable truck and air transport and giving solutions in case of delays or locating a ‘’lost’’ expedition.

- Negotiating with the insurance companies the most advantageous rates for securing the merchandise and make sure that – when needed - the agreed indemnity is fully paid in time.

- Provide to the internal teams with detailed packaging and shipping instructions so as to ensure the items will arrive in the correct condition.

- Prepare way in advance all the necessary export documentation - make sure that no new regulatory statues came lately in effect - in order to avoid customs delays, merchandise blockages or even stock seizures.

- Closely monitoring the shipments itinerary and immediately intervening when anomalies occur, troubleshooting complex shipment problems for the goods to be delivered in time.

Served in the Greek intelligence service as interrogator/investigator gathering critical information from the escapees military officers and war criminals of the Yugoslavian conflict.

Drafting detailed reports for the high ranking military and civilian

agencies.
