• Design and monitoring of the Whistleblowing Mechanism, including complex Policies & Procedures, in compliance with L.4990/2022 and L.4804/2021 on Workplace Harassment & Violence.
• Membership in the Group’s Whistleblowing Committee (YPPA), responsible for receiving and handling Whistleblower reports.
• Coordination of compliance training and awareness programs for employees in collaboration with the HR Department.

• Consultancy on compliance frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery, and Corporate Governance requirements, tailored to sector-specific regulatory environments.
• Guidance on drafting and reviewing internal policies and procedures regarding data protection, ethics, and conflict of interest, ensuring alignment with EU and national legislation.

• Advisory services to clients from various industries (healthcare, banking, technology, fintech) on privacy matters (EDPB Guidelines and Greek Regulatory Framework) in relation to data protection compliance, whistleblowing, and internal investigations.
• Consultancy on regulatory compliance frameworks for fintech and technology companies, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering and payment services legislation.
• Guidance on drafting and implementing privacy and compliance policies, data processing agreements, and internal reporting mechanisms.

• Involvement in corporate litigation, with focus on regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
• Contribution to drafting and review of legal documents, including contracts, distribution agreements, and intellectual property documentation.
• Support in corporate governance processes and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks.

• Corporate Law: supported the corporate litigation team and contributed to research related to Mergers and Acquisitions.

• Consumer Protection, Competition & Corporate Law: involvement in litigation procedures and researching on legal requirements of various jurisdictions.
