Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens. Order or requisition liquors and supplies. Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Brew coffee and tea, and fill containers with requested beverages. Collect payments from customers. Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
