
Although I do not have yet any experience in a job regarding my recent bachelor studies, I believe that my experience in the Hospitality and the Tourist section until now is satisfying for the standards of my age and that it definitely helped me acquire and improve skills that are very relative with my studies and probably even necessary for the Business Administration and the Marketing Section. I am hardworking and a passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills, eager to secure an entry-level position and help my team to achieve the company goals. I want to keep improving my skills and knowledge, as I understand that I am not in satisfying level yet. Looking forward on cooperating with you!
The specific job had a significant impact in the start of my career as it is the first job that i got accepted. The requirements of Saint Andreas Resorts and Hotel where demanding as the specific job constitutes a summer season workplace in one of the biggest tourist attractions in Greece. In the hotel I was multiplaced in the different factors working as a waitor for the restaurant area but also the room services, as a cleaner for the pool area and the restaurant area, as a groom that guided the guests to their rooms but also as a communicant between the rooms that faced any kind of issues and the managers of the hotel. It was an experience that helped me improve my skills in a lot of different factors and levels, and it definitely helped me to build my CV.
I have to admit Hard Rock Cafe also had a significant impact in my career until now, as it is the first Worldwide Company with multiplied management factors and sectors that I was hired. It helped me understand the practices of a world wide company regarding the Human Resources Management, the Marketing section and the Logistics Section. The company had a training program of two weeks for the entrees, which was taking place online but also inside the workplace. It had to do with food allergies, communication practices for the promotion and the sell of the products, work ethics, the history and the culture of the company itself and of course the products menu. My job there was also multitasked as my responsibilities were to promote the products of Hard Rock as an all kind waitor, communicate in the phone of the company and sometimes work as the host of the store and the restaurant. In the organization of the event sometimes I even had to analyze information take decisions and find solutions by myself, as the managers where not enough or currently not available. It was the first time for me to manage the money of my workplace, work with PDA order system and achieve daily sales targets. As my first job this one also helped me improve in multiple sectors.
