- Good interpersonal skills, able to deal equally with personnel of all nationalities in positions from unskilled labor to senior management
- Very Strong at working under pressure where time is critical and in difficult locations
- Good understanding of technical drawings
- Fault finding / trouble shouting of computer base system such as DCS Yokowaga bailey, Foxboro and Kongsberg
