Achievements

➢Build-up the Energy Department with a strong team of technicians, engineers, and developers.

➢Decrease the downtime of the operated power plants approximately 30% with a 5% increase of the production.

➢Inclusion of all PV projects under development, in the framework of strategic investments of the Greek Government (1.157 ΜWs)

➢Development and construct from scratch in less than 12 months a WF and a SubStation 33/150kV, in Central Greece.

Monitoring the operation and the productivity of the plants (SCADA)

• Collect and processing data
• Evaluate alarm and warnings logs
• Monthly evaluation of the power curves
• Monthly calculation of the production and comparison with the theoretical maximum
• Produce and maintain operational statistics

Coordinate maintenance activities

• Schedule service works with the contractors in low production periods
• Coordinate the unscheduled maintenance in order to be completed as fast as possible with the minimum production loss
• Communicate with the local authorities
• Care the road access in the plants to be in excellent condition

Manage insurance issues

• Notify the insurance company with possible Business Interruption/ Machinery Break down claims
• Reporting regarding the failure and the time for restoration

Supervising the construction of 3 Wind Farms and a Substation 20/150 kV

• Mainly dealing with filing the record books (engineering drawings, certificates of spare parts) for the maintenance of machinery.

• Participation in the turbine maintenance team which carried out repairs and replacement of defective parts.
• Worked at the master control of the turbine operation.
• Collecting the pollutants of the turbine and recording them in the archives of the company.
