  • Led a team of over 10 staff members in implementing mental health programs and education projects for Community benefiting more than 800 community members annually (100 beneficiaries in Symvallein Day Center on a monthly basis, 40 beneficiaries/month in the Centre pf psychological Support, referred from the social service of the municipality of Pallini, 100-300 citizens in the Health & Prevention program on a six-monthly basis, 150 citizens in the over-age population in the Open Elderly Care Centers in Anthousa, Geraka and Pallini, 200 recipients of mental health services, their families and sensitized citizens in annual actions for Information, Intervention & Prevention issues, 80 young people and teachers in school educational structures .
  • Managed project budgets totaling €1.300.000 under the directory of Ministry of Health and €300.000 as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0", ensuring compliance with requirements (budget, audits etc)and project milestones.
  • Developed partnerships with local stakeholders, including government agencies and community leaders, to enhance projects sustainability (memorandum of cooperation with municipality of Athens, of Pallini, Babel Day Centre, Amke Ploes, Amke Iasis for the purpose of mental helath.

  • Created Five (5) audio-visual short projects for the digital platform "Boats and the art of shipbuilding in the latest cultural heritage www.woodenboats.gr for the Promotion of the Art of Woodcraft (Sponsored by The Museum of Aegean Boat-building and Maritime Crafts)
