Main responsibilities:

• Manage,analyze and translate business requirements to functional requirements
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams in IT projects ensuring their successful execution alignment guidelines and Business objectives
• Design mock up screens for new functionalities at the Core Bank's Transaction System and create detailed documentation
• Create User Stories and participate at functional testing by designing and executing test plans
• Actively participated in team meetings to share knowledge, exchange ideas, collaborate and identify project risks and issues and present alternatives and potential solutions
• Support training efforts and create user manuals, helping employees fully understand new systems and procedures.

• Assist call-in customers with questions and orders, with positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction. Additionally handling complaints
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with accurate information and recommendations
• Contribute to the successful achievement of branch sales targets
• Streamline communication between customers and internal departments for timely issue resolution
• Educate customers about billing, payment processing and support policies and procedures

• Manage high-volume transactions and money counts, during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail, ensuring seamless customer experience.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, transaction history, services charges, and interest rates.
• Process customer transactions promptly, minimizing wait times.
• Balance cash drawers accurately at the end of each shift, minimizing discrepancies in financial records.

• Evaluating credit worthiness within specified limits
• Approval or rejection applications, justifying decisions, using Bank Systems analyze client credit history, financial statement and payment ability
• Analyze applicants financial status and credit history, evaluate property to determine payment ability
