• Research new markets within EU for expansion and conduct field trips to identify new offices

• Manage warehouse and fleet operations
• Lead a team of 30 people. Responsible for recruiting, training and developing/mentoring team
• Setup and manage inside/outside warehouse operations and operators
• Design growth strategy and market penetration
• Meet and create market demand with hubs creation and re-balancing
