Responsibilities

• Oversee the consolidation process and assess completeness of activities followed by the consolidation team
• Assist local management of affiliate entities of the Group, by providing guidance when need it, in the preparation of the quarterly results, to comply with IFRS principles that may differ from Local GAAP
• In charge for the preparation of the consolidated figures of the Group and the respective Financial Statements
• Ensure compliance of accounting ledgers with IFRS Reporting Framework
• Direct report and assistance to the Group CFO and Group Tax & Accounting Director
• Direct collaboration with external auditors

Responsibilities

• Responsible for staffing of audit teams and design of audit strategy, taking into account company's business and internal control environment
• Allocation of tasks to team members, coaching on the firm's processes and the audit approach and supervision of their work
• Verification of Accounting Ledgers and respective Financial Statements compliance with applicable financial reporting framework
• Participation in execution of Group audits, audit of consolidation of listed entities and review work of component audit teams around glob
• Direct report to the Engagement Leader of the Audit and the Top management of each audit client
• Participation in the hiring process as an interviewer
