Presales Responsibilities

• Provide presentation and demonstrations for end users on behalf of business partners
• Support sales team with product positioning

• Updated Ericsson's operational procedures with Python automated scripts for minimizing repetitive actions.
• Integrated Ericsson solutions to customer OSS environment (performance/fault monitoring solutions, etc).

• Handled day-to-day running procedures for Security Operations Center, ensuring high levels of productivity and progression.
• Delivered Managed Firewall and Customized security services to customer locations within specific timeframes.
