- My first step at MassiveGRID was as a Support Engineer. During a typical shift, the duties were monitoring critical cloud infrastructures, serving clients' tickets, and working on day-to-day tasks.
- Fast and in parallel with company growth I was trusted with the leadership of the support team. As Support Team Leader Working on organizing the operation of the department, creating procedures, and solving advanced issues.
