She graduated as a business management technician with a specialization in linguistics at the Raffaele del Rosso Institute in 2004 with a grade of 98/100. Previously obtained an Internal Certificate of Food & Beverage at the same Institute with a score of 95/100. After graduating, I was contacted by the Temporary Agency to work at Autogrill Spa. After passing the various selection steps (oral, written, and practical) I was hired at the Capalbio restaurant, but, over the years, I have always offered my availability to other locals in case of need, both for short periods (replacement of diseases) and for long periods (COVID period).
Eighteen years have passed since I was hired, in which I have always developed the will and desire to progress from my current role as Multi-Service Operator to Head of Service.
When I'm not working during the nice days I like to be outdoors, in contact with nature or in some beautiful city with my family. I dream of being able to travel more to learn about more cultures and add new points of view to my reality.
