As a professional athlete, I apply my passion for fitness and wellness to excel on and off the court in volleyball. I currently have a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Jamestown, where I learned valuable skills in fitness assessment, exercise prescription, nutrition, and injury prevention. I am also a certified personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. I enjoy helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. My core competencies include teamwork, communication, resilience, and adaptability. I am always eager to learn new skills, improve my performance, and contribute to the success of my team and organization. My mission is to inspire and empower people to live healthier and happier lives through fitness and wellness.
