I am a Biotechnology Master's student at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a strong academic background in Agricultural Development and a specialization in Food Technology from Democritus University of Thrace (Integrated Master’s degree). My passion lies in the intersection of food science and biotechnology, particularly in areas like food safety, quality control, and innovative biotechnological applications in the agri-food sector.
During my studies, I developed both theoretical knowledge and practical skills through lab work, coursework, and a six-month internship at TAXAS AE, where I was involved in quality control and production processes.
I am eager to apply my skills and contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative solutions in the food industry. My goal is to enter the food sector and collaborate on impactful projects that push the boundaries of food technology and biotechnology.
