• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate financial goals.

• Oversee month-end closing activities, including variance analysis and financial reporting-presentations to senior management and EVP of Greece.

• Calculated product and customer profitability, analyzed cost components, and prepared quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for production costs (PL).
• Led the migration from legacy ERP to S4Hanna for 2 European entities, collaborating with B2R BPE’s and BPO’s to ensure accurate implementation of Bill of Materials, Standard Costing, and other key processes.
• Managed monthly production cost analysis, including variances, and handled fixed assets reconciliation and accrual bookings in ERP.
• Oversaw accounting ledger accuracy, ensuring proper allocation to cost centers and accounts for effective financial reporting.

• Led the transition of financial services from Switzerland to the Athens SSC and trained colleagues on Local GAAP to Group Accounts conversion.
• Managed GL accounting activities, including month-end closing, intercompany reconciliations, and preparation of IFRS financial statements.
• Contributed to process improvements and SAP best practices implementation, resolving SOD conflicts and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Completed the transition of financial services from France to the Athens-based SSC.
• Played a key role in the transition from JDE to SAP 4 Hana.
• Managed GL stream activities, including intercompany reconciliations, financial reporting (cash flow, income statement, working capital), and treasury activities.

• Managed tax accounting for 10 joint ventures of GEK TERNA Group.
• Contributed to the preparation of financial statements for 5 joint ventures and 2 subsidiaries.
• Oversaw all accounting procedures for 2 construction sites, including AP/AR/GL activities.
