Oversaw all functional areas of the club including licensing, financial management, player contracts, infrastructure, and staffing. Coordinated directly with the Hellenic Football Federation, league authorities, and public institutions to ensure smooth and lawful operations. Led budget preparation and execution, supervised the legal and contractual framework of the team, and ensured timely submission of all documents related to professional licensing and competition eligibility. Served as the main point of contact for all internal and external matters, shaping the club’s strategic direction and reinforcing its professional structure.

Oversaw the club’s entire football operations, including squad planning, recruitment strategy, and coordination with the technical staff. Designed and implemented the transfer policy, managed scouting processes, and led negotiations for player contracts and staff appointments. Worked closely with the head coach to align sporting objectives with budgetary and performance targets. Contributed to the long-term development of the club’s football identity, ensuring sustainability and competitiveness across all levels.

Played a key executive role in the club’s transition to the professional tier, following its promotion to Super League 2. Oversaw the legal and administrative procedures for the establishment of the professional football company (PAE), ensuring full compliance with league and federation requirements. Managed all operational aspects related to licensing, infrastructure, staffing, and financial planning during the club’s first season at the professional level. Responsible for the overall coordination of the club’s administrative and operational functions. Managed licensing procedures, financial planning, and internal compliance.

Assisted in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Quantitative Analysis and Econometrics. Delivered tutorials and practical sessions using Microsoft Excel and MATLAB (R2022) for economic analysis and forecasting. Supported students in applying statistical and econometric methods to real-world financial and economic data.

Assisted the accounting team with daily financial operations such as invoice processing, data entry, and bank reconciliations.
