Konstantinos Kontarinis

My name is konstantinos kontarinis and i reside in Athens, Greece, i am 23 years old and study law in a private university located in Athens wanting to become a notary in the future. While studying i have been working a number of jobs including service and hospitality for about 2 years and then moved onto sales and worked at GAP and then a local paint shop in my area.

Through working these jobs i learned and came to understand how people make decisions when buying something or making decisions regarding a product or service. I worked with people from all kind of backgrounds and learned how to adapt my approach to different people.

In high school i was part of the theater team and took part in school activities while also being on the hiking team where we climbed the highest peak in Greece and made a great documentary about it. I continued to hike since i fell in love with it, i am now an ultra runner and hike any mountain i have the opportunity to. I believe these activities helped me develop a great sense of connecting with people and also possess great problem solving skills while being under immense stress.

• Exceeded monthly quota 5 times and was employ of the month in my store.
• Resolved product issue through consumer testing.
• Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets.

I have fallen in love two times, once when i run my first road marathon and a second when i run my first trail marathon. Since then i have run plenty of races and i truly believe this has made me better at decision making since i can make tough decisions and keeping my composure while having run 10 miles and having another 15 miles to run in the mountain and a problem occurs, making a decision in the comfort of my home and staying calm under stress.
