My name is Konstantinos Kounadis, and I am a 23-year-old aviation enthusiast with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, based in Kefalonia, Greece. For the past four years, I have worked at Kefalonia International Airport, gaining hands-on experience in ground operations. I completed two summer seasons as a Passenger with Reduced Mobility (PRM) agent for Fraport Greece, followed by three summer seasons with Swissport Hellas and Skyserv, where I served as a dispatcher, loader, and marshaller.

These experiences brought me into close contact with aircraft and reinforced my deep passion for aviation. My technical academic background, combined with operational experience on the ramp, has inspired me to pursue a long-term career in the aviation industry particularly with Boeing, a global leader in aerospace innovation. I am especially interested in entry-level roles in aircraft systems support, operations, or technical logistics where I can apply my combined skill set and grow professionally.

This September, I will begin my mandatory military service in Greece, which will last approximately one year. Upon completing my service in mid-to-late 2026, I intend to fully commit to transitioning into a career with Boeing. I would be grateful for any guidance on international pathways, future recruitment timelines, or relocation opportunities that could support my goal of working for Boeing in the United States.

In parallel with my career development, I also plan to pursue my Private Pilot License (PPL), further connecting my technical skills with real flight experience.
