I am a Senior Systems Administrator with 6 years experience in Information Technology. I am entitled with the implementation and maintenance of complex software, management of server infrastructures and data center operations across different operating system platforms.

During my career I have gained experience in many different domains such as active directory administration, hardware & software installation and maintenance, proficient use of Office 365, ordering and managing IT equipment, management of Microsoft Domain, ESET Antivirus, Moodle LMS, Voice over, PDQ inventory, training new staff & users, data security etc. I am also experienced in network infrastructure and telecommunications. Further more, I am currently undertaking a bachelors degree on Cyber security and networks which enables me to develop further my skills and knowledge on the specific domain.

I am a hard working and passionate person, with abilities to manage complex infrastructures and operations. Additionally, I have problem- solving, decision- making, organizational & time- management skills. I am also highly skilled at troubleshooting, with effective communication skills and successful collaboration within a wider team & organization as I am a detailed orientated team player. Moreover, I am resourceful and consistently respond to a wide range of technical challenges with a focused and creative approach. I am determined to deliver best technical solutions to meet both functional and business requirements. Furthermore, I am a flexible person with positive work attitude focused on producing results under tight deadlines. Knowledgeable in managing complicated systems, including operating systems, servers and software. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
