  • Responsible for the achievement of dealers' targets.
  • Monitors, evaluates and constantly improves the dealer in terms of sales performance and in terms of profitability and possible lost assets.
  • Verifies market share and market weight per entity and per dealer in his area of responsibility. Verifies the policy and the Used Cars Sales activities in terms of internal controls, units rotation, stock aging, profit analysis, as per local NSC guidelines.
  • Ensures that Customer Satisfaction Index as well as qualitative standards are reached and maintained.
  • Provides the dealers with local market analysis vs. competition in a monthly basis, indicating potentiality and sales opportunities in each of the segments that Ford models compete.
  • Communicates monthly Sales targets and current orderbank to the Network.
  • Monitors and informs dealers of the current month performance vs. sales objective, pointing to missing sales per model.
  • Sales forecast to secure monthly registrations.
  • Monitors model Sales-Mix performance, quarterly VMS performance, CVP and Mystery Shopping results and proposes relative improvement action plans.
  • Defines and realize marketing activities on dealer level (campaigns, local events, local communication, direct marketing) with the purpose to achieve results in terms of volume as well as brand image, as set by FMH goals and objectives.
  • Support the dealer in creating the identification and the development of the necessary professional image in order to achieve the highest efficiency.
  • Administrates and promote sales campaigns within the dealership.
