• Working for Piraeus Bank and being part of Test Factory Team involved in enablement of Test Methodology process across all bank IT projects
• Define Test Strategy and monitor the adoption of it inside bank
• Provide support and guidance to client for creating functional specifications
• Hold the role of Test Coordinator for many digital projects and ensure that test procedures are followed and products are delivered with high quality standards.
• Perform weekly presentations to upper management showing Test Center progress and KPI results

• Responsible for all test phases ( integration ,functional testing ,Regression ,sanity,UAT) for multiple projects simultaneously by leading a QC team of 20 persons
• Define test strategies for projects
• Coordinating the work of test teams and monitoring their performance.
• Following up any outstanding open test risks / issues.
• Reporting to senior managers on progress and issues.
• Identify test approaches that optimise the delivery schedule.
• Allocate resources and povide effort estimation
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a talented high-performing team of technical Quality Engineers and manual testers

• Responsible for the quality deliverable of a specific project by leading a small team of QC engineers and provide guidance to testing methods and strategy to be followed
• .Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverable.
• Creates end-to-end to test plans and execute the plan, managing all activities to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected.
• Organize everyday meetings with test team to monitor the status
• Provide accurate and useful test statuses and results to Test Managers.

• Development of test cases using JIRA tool
• Execution of test cases
• Tracking observations, defects and following up corrections.
• Coordinating with development teams.
• Support UAT on site or remotely
