My strengths include GBV technical support, development of global standards and technical resources, coordination of GBV technical forum and coordination groups, design and facilitation of capacity-building regional and global strategies for GBV and no-GBV actors, assessment and research, management and coordination of GBV programming.

• Safe and empowered: Advocacy brief on the added value of WGSS in emergencies in the Arab Region. Recommended in the 2021 Impact assessment, the brief aims to support UNFPA CO’s and donors with answers to some of the most common questions raised by donors and humanitarian leadership on the value of WGSS. UNFPA (2022)
• One step closer: Advocacy brief on the importance of transportation for access to GBV and SRH services. The impact assessment continues to identify transportation as a barrier to accessing services. This short document aims to serve UNFPA COs, GBV practitioners and donors with the justification needed to cover transportation costs as part of core GBV and SRH programming.
• Groupwork with Refugees and Survivors of Human Rights Abuses. The Power of Togetherness is a book that describes and promotes the power of group work for refugees and survivors of human rights abuses in various contexts. Coming from the WGSS Global Toolkit development experience, I was tasked to write on the power of female groups and networks in WGSS (2023)
• Women and Girls’ Safe Space toolkit: A Toolkit for Advancing Women’s and Girls’ Empowerment in Humanitarian Settings was co-created by the International Rescue Committee and International Medical Corps and the creative energy of co-authors Melanie Megevand (IRC) and Laura Marchesini (IMC). • Dignity Kits Guidance Note: led by GBV AoR coordinators and developed by GBV Sub-Cluster (GBV SC) Turkey (cross-border operations in Syria) to support best practices and facilitate a standardized but context-specific approach to developing and distributing dignity kits. Guidance is based on input from and experiences of GBV Sub-Cluster members (Turkey cross-border) and UNFPA Dignity Kit Programming Guidelines (2015).
