- Designed and started up four multi-donors GBV programs in Rakhine State by

• Assessing locations, barriers, communities and gender dynamics to establish and monitor programming

• Recruiting and building capacities of GBV team through training and daily mentoring

• Designing, organizing and rolling out GBV prevention and women empowerment activities in twenty Women and Girls Safe Spaces

• Contributing to the country-specific GBV strategy and positioning DRC as a strong GBV player in Myanmar

- Supported private companies and humanitarian actors in strengthening their GBV policies by

• Undertaking a Scoping Study on transformative Gender in Livelihoods drawing from local and international practices
• Conducting a Gender analysis in Myebon by developing tools, reviewing existing resources and conducting interviews
• Developing a GBV risk assessment toolkit to implement GBV impact assessments in the private sector
• Developing anti-harassment and SEA policies, tools, and training packages for private sector companies and NGOs

- Developed the inter-agency Women and Girls Safe Space (WGSS) global toolkit by

• Conducting data collection in Cameroon, Ethiopia, Lebanon, and Thailand
• Developing guidelines, tools, innovative trackers, and training packages
• Engaging with field, regional, and global GBV actors to review and discuss the content of the toolkit
• Facilitating validation workshops to finalize the toolkit with WGSS practitioners and global technical advisors
• Presenting the toolkit in global forums as SVRI and through global and regional webinars

- Ensured adherence to GBV international standards and best practices of programs by:

• Providing technical support to GBV teams operating in Jordan, Pakistan, Syria, Somalia, South Sudan, Rwanda, Uganda

• Organizing the IASC GBV Guidelines Real-Time evaluation in Turkey, targeting mainly WASH and Health Clusters
• Developing GBV SOPs through the establishment of task forces, workshops, roll-out plans and implementation of procedures
• Coordinating the first GBV qualitative assessment in Syria that produced the first Voices from Syria report
• Coordinating Dignity Kits (DK) distributions and developing a DK Guidance Note for NWSyria
• Coordinating the GBV Sub Cluster Humanitarian Fund allocations

- Managed GBV prevention, response, capacity building and empowering activities, by:

• Overseeing and implementing a comprehensive GBV prevention and response program

• Designing material, organizing and delivering training to IRC personnel and other stakeholders

• Implementing safe collection, storing, analysis and sharing of GBVIMS data acting as the focal point

- Developed and managed the Gender and GBV Risk Mitigation Mainstreaming component of a multi-sectorial program, by:

• Recruiting, Mentoring, building capacities and providing technical support to GBV staff and local partners

• Analyzing different IRC interventions and identifying tailored GBV risk mitigation strategies

• Creating program tools to integrate GBV risk mitigation measures in multi-sectorial programs

- Coordinated a field level WG by organizing and chairing regular NFIs coordination meetings and providing technical support to partners
