As a technician, I conducted quality control check on peach cannery-juice by performing the following processes:
- Consistently monitored and ensured compliance with industry standards by measuring key parameters such as pH levels, Brix, Bostwick Consistency, Titratable Acidity, Colorimetric parameters, Ascorbic Acid content, and Lactic Acid contents
- Documented and reported the results with accuracy to the production supervisors, to ensure the high-quality output of the production line
- Informed shift managers of any deviations from the standard values to make necessary adjustments in the measurements
