Maria Exakoustou

My name is Maria Exakoustou and my origin is from Thessaloniki, Greece. I am an undergraduate student of Chemical Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and I am in my 4th year of my studies. My fields of interest are the environmental sustainability and green energy. More specifically I would like to get involved with efficient biomass conversion technologies with low environmental impact. I have successfully completed the core courses "Materials Science and Technology I & II" and being trained on “Material Structure Characterization by X-ray Diffraction” and “Data Collation and Processing using PC”. My aim through the internship is to get in touch with the laboratory environment and to gain hands-on experience for my future career.
