In Sales, I developed expertise in understanding client needs, building rapport, and delivering results. In Learning and Development, I gained experience in coaching, training, and fostering growth in others. Now, as a bartender, I’m stirring up those skills to engage customers, create memorable experiences, and train new team members in a fast-paced environment. Every shift is like mixing the perfect cocktail—blending a dash of customer service, a splash of creativity, and a healthy pour of passion.
