SALUS and the KIND HEARTS Award 2020
Urologist Matina Vlachou, founder and Managing Director of the Laser Urology Institute, was awarded for her scientific work and her innovative activity in the field of Health, as well as the social actions of the Institute and the doctor since this year's innovation of the SALUS AWARDS 2020 event was the organization of a forum entitled The Kind Hearts, in which the organizations and persons who keep public health and the country afloat, as well as those who contributed to the restart of the economy, were honored.

Matina Vlachou MD FEBU is the Head of Αdvanced and Regenerative Urology clinic at Metropolitan Hospital. She is the first woman in the history of Greek urology to become a director in the private urology sector. Matina Vlachou, is the founder and CEO of UROLOGY LASER INSTITUTE. Urology Laser Institute is a versatile urology institute developed with European standards that aims at high-level diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of the urological patient. It is the only Urology Outpatient department, that has been certified according to the international quality management standard ISO 9001 /EN 15224 in the country and recently the only one with COVID SAFE and GDPR certification. It is headquartered in Elefsina and has a branch in Marousi. Urologist Andrologist, Matina Vlachou graduated from the Medical School of the University of Crete.
