  • Lead production team of 8 direct reports and 112 indirect (5 Shift Coordinators, 1 Maintenance Lead, 1 Process Lead,1 KPIs Assistant and 112 Production operators).
  • Evaluate team's performance daily to identify and resolve productivity concerns. Coach on lean manufacturing methodologies to find route causes of failures and follow up on recovery plans.
  • Monitor weekly key performance indicators to assess performance according to glide paths/objectives. Govern long term (90 days) action plans to drive production and process improvements.
  • Evaluate existing production processes and identify areas for improvement (Safety, Quality, Performance, Cost).
  • Check production targets and tight deadlines and support collaboration between plant's departments (mainly Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and HR) to optimize production workflow.
  • Control staff training (more than 50 new comers in last 12 months) on lean manufacturing system's tools and on safe and efficient machine operations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality standards.

  • Monitored and ordered all spare parts needed to support smooth start and uninterrupted continuation of operation of the newly installed and commissioned "Reduced Risk Products" plant by end of January 2018.
  • Verified quality and completeness of department's asset database (manuals, certifications etc).
  • Identified and implemented cost saving projects.
  • Started cooperation with new suppliers who could support company's needs on time and more efficiently (than the existing suppliers).
  • Participated on Technical Services European meetings and contributed on building new Preventive Maintenance Cycle lists for all types of equipment and machinery.
  • Represented Technical Services on Production team's daily meetings.
  • Interacted with subject matter experts to develop training material and tools for all corporation's "Reduced Risk Products" plants.
  • Reorganized the plant's manufacturing workshop and organized trainings (TIG welding and some more) for a team of technicians.

  • Managed installation of a newly purchased High Speed Filling line (first 2 weeks in J&J – Jul.2016) worth 1M €.
  • Start-up Leader of “SIMPLEX” project, the most advanced filling line in J&J globally, projects worth 8M € with duration Sep.2016 – Jul.2017. Controlled installation of all machines (9 machines, 7 different suppliers from 3 different countries), responsible for training of all personnel (operations and engineers), responsible for smooth start-up of machine (Creation of process centre-lines and best practices), managed and applied vertical start-up and reached project’s objectives in 1 month from start of operation of line. Proposed for “J&J Global prize of excellence” for creation of training videos / library for all “SIMPLEX” machines.
  • Supported improvement of change overs and reduced initial duration by 90% flat to all plant's lines.
  • Provided technical guidance, peer review and mentorship to 4 engineers while engaged in projects.

  • Feasibility Studies, Design and implementation of new Investments (essential, cost saving, health-safety-environmental, growth and infrastructure projects).
  • Developing and upgrading of existing lines and systems.
  • Implement projects and improvements coming from Autonomous Maintenance teams.
  • Responsible for utilization and reporting of each year’s CAPEX (average 1,5M USD/year), building future state plans, completing 2 maintenance shut downs each year, coming in contact with all external contractors and internal “customers”. 4 of my projects received international excellence awards, more than 8 were nominated.
  • Sustainability (HSE) and Safety: Acting Member of plant’s Safety team and Energy team.
  • Responsible for ISO 14001 (3 years support and 2 years leader). Worked as plant’s Safety Officer for 1 year.
  • Key Member of Continuous Improvement Leadership Team: Autonomous Maintenance Leader (Palletization Robot Team), Visual Control Expert (European Level), Lubrication Management Plant Leader, Shop – Tools and Facilities Leader, 8 Technologies Expert (1 International Award), Vertical Start Up Tool owner (for engineering part), “CI days” facilitator, “Defect Handling” Tool Owner, Member of plant’s “Zero Loss Culture” team, worked as support in other tools such as: 5S, Planning and Scheduling, Teach and Training Transportation, Early Management Pillar, many more. Assisted greatly from start to plant’s Phase 1 nomination.
  • Lead Engineer in International Projects:

Frosting’s project (Mar. 2014 – Jan. 2015) budgeted at 4,5M USD. Build cement construction inside existing building, constructed new utilities building, installed whole new production (Premixes, mixer, homogenizers, sugar grinding system, Filling Sealing Capping m/c, Case Packer, Set new warehouse for final product and raw materials, upgraded WWT, installed CIP system etc).


Morphosis project (Sep. 2015 – Jun. 2016) budgeted at 7,5M USD. Managed the construction of a 2.500 Square metre building, designed, ordered and installed a complete Dry-Mix plant, additionally uninstalled 2 plants from another GM plant (in UK managed disassembly of whole plants) and installed in an existing building.

  • Maintenance Management - (plant didn't have maintenance manager) due to my high experience in maintenance and manufacturing, I acted as leader to the plant’s maintenance shift leaders. Followed up on weekly maintenance plan and assisted in all difficult breakdowns and failures

  • Managed company's Quality control. Implementation of ISO 9001:2000 standards and process design and establishment.

  • Responsible for AUTO-CAD design and CAD-CAM application. Designing parts according to samples and new industrial solutions (prototypes) according to customer needs.
  • Director of procurement and Accounting supervisor. Managed 45% reduction on a single year, while turnover was increased by 90% on the same year.
  • Director of human resources and training. Applied a very effective way of training unskilled new hires and turning them into machine tool operators (lathes, mills etc).
